Peter Stris and Mieke K. Malmberg named 2026 Top 100 Lawyers by the Daily Journal

Congratulations to Peter Stris and Mieke K. Malmberg on being named Top 100 Lawyers on the Daily Journal’s 2026 list. These honors mark Peter’s sixth appearance and Mieke’s debut on this annual list recognizing the leading lawyers in California.

This year’s recognitions are particularly exciting as they come on the heels of Mieke joining the firm alongside veteran Dallas-based IP litigators Sarah Spires, Steven Hartsell, and Jaime Olin. Their arrival significantly deepens Stris & Maher’s established IP practice, adding further strength in high-stakes patent litigation and trials across technologies including pharmaceuticals, software, and advanced materials. The group also expands the firm’s capabilities in patent post-grant proceedings, life sciences litigation and counseling, and Federal Circuit appeals.
