This recognition comes amid a remarkable run for Radha, who went seven for seven in ERISA appeals across five federal courts of appeals over the past two years, was elected this year to the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Inc. and California Academy of Appellate Lawyers, and helped pave the way to a $184.1 million settlement for nearly 300,000 AT&T pensioners in Scott v. AT&T.
