Radha Pathak inducted as Fellow of American College of Employee Benefits Counsel

We are proud to announce that partner Radha Pathak has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.

Election as an ACEBC Fellow is one of the highest honors in employee benefits law. Fellows must, as a baseline, have at least 20 years of experience in the field and be nominated by two existing Fellows.

Radha’s experience is remarkably broad. She has spent her career building deep expertise in both the pension and healthcare aspects of employee benefits and ERISA law, and she has experience as a practitioner and an academic. She speaks frequently on ERISA issues, has authorized a half-dozen articles pertaining to the field, and has long worked as a chapter co-editor of the Employee Benefits Law Treatise. She also serves on the Board of the Pension Rights Center.

We are grateful to Paul Secunda and Jeffrey Lewis for their support in nominating Radha.
