IMPACT VICTORY: Vermont Supreme Court upholds ban on large-capacity magazines
On February 19, 2021, the Vermont Supreme Court upheld a Vermont statute banning large-capacity magazines (Opinion). We represented the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence in successfully urging the court to reach this result (Our amicus brief).
