The Daily Journal has recognized our trial victory in Grasshopper v. Clean & Sober Media as one of California’s Top 20 Defense Verdicts of 2021.
The plaintiff, represented by a respected AmLaw firm, had sought $180 million for Lanham Act false advertising. After back-to-back jury and bench trials, and a trip to the Ninth Circuit, we prevailed.
