Elizabeth Brannen, the former director of intellectual property for Barnes and Noble, Inc., has joined the firm. Ms. Brannen, a graduate of Harvard Law School who clerked for Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, brings a wealth of corporate experience to the firm, having efficiently handled everything from high-profile competitor disputes to nuisance claims brought by trolls.
