Daily Journal profiles Stris & Maher’s U.S. Supreme Court practice
The Daily Journal is California’s premier legal publication. This week, the paper published an article profiling our firm and the continued growth of our appellate practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as appellate courts throughout the country. As the article notes:
Currently, Stris & Maher LLP — which will have argued seven cases before the U.S. Supreme Court between the 2015 and 2017 terms — is in the throes of several high profile appellate cases. . . .
Right now the firm is relatively small, with 14 lawyers in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, Tallahassee and Montpelier, Vermont. But the firm is respected on a national level.
We take this opportunity to thank our colleagues David Quinto (General Counsel of VidAngel, Inc.), David Berberian, Jr. (President and CEO of Droplets, Inc.), and Neal Katyal (former Acting Solicitor General of the United States and current partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP) for their thoughtful comments on our firm and its work that were featured in the article.
