Stris & Maher and Martin & Bonnett Reach $23.8 Million Settlement with Honeywell
After successfully resolving other portions of a pension class action suit against Honeywell, Susan Martin of Martin & Bonnett invited us to join as co-counsel to build on her success. In another example of our firm’s ability to collaborate with sophisticated trial counsel, Stris & Maher and Martin & Bonnett recently reached a $23.8 million settlement with Honeywell that U.S. District Court Judge Rosyln O. Silver subsequently approved.
