Stris & Maher and Bailey & Glasser Settle Class Action Against TransAmerica
Stris & Maher, Bailey & Glasser, and other firms have settled an excessive-fee ERISA class action against TransAmerica for $3.8 million. The settlement also includes changes to plan operations that will benefit the plan participants. Lead counsel for the defendants was Brian Boyle of O’Melveny & Myers.
