Ninth Circuit Denies Rehearing In Stris & Maher Case Likely to Go to Supreme Court
Workers brought a $373 million suit against Edison International for violating ERISA in managing its retirement plan. By denying the plaintiffs’ carefully-crafted petition for rehearing, the stage is now set for the plaintiffs to file a petition for certiorari with the Supreme Court.
