Stris & Maher represents The Ben & Jerry’s Foundation in federal court to protect its independence

We’re proud to announce that our firm has filed a motion on behalf of The Ben & Jerry’s Foundation seeking permission to intervene in a pending federal lawsuit to protect the Foundation’s independence, governance, and funding.

For four decades, the Foundation has distributed more than $70 million to grassroots organizations advancing social and environmental justice. Our filing seeks to ensure that these commitments—and the Foundation’s mission—can continue.
