Lisa Sherrod serves as a Lead Discovery Associate, responsible for the success of large-scale document collection and review projects conducted by the firm.
With over two decades of e-discovery experience on high-stakes matters, Lisa manages the review and analysis of electronically stored information, advises attorneys on best practices for data security and compliance, and collaborates closely with IT teams to ensure that every stage of the e‑discovery process meets stringent legal and regulatory standards. She has particular expertise in deploying advanced data analytics to rapidly and efficiently isolate the key documents essential to winning clients’ cases.
Lisa has worked across multiple areas of complex litigation, including commercial, antitrust, patent, unfair competition, and securities. She earned her law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Brandeis University.
