Josh Payne is an in-house writer at Stris & Maher, where he works on special projects at the direction of firm management.
Josh has experience reporting and writing for a variety of media. He covered politics, land use, and zoning for The Riverdale Press, a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper in the Bronx, and private equity for the Thomson Reuters magazine Buyouts.
He has also written for television, including the legal thriller “Damages,” and countless pilot scripts that died on the development beaches.
Josh earned his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and his M.S. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
