Helen Marsh is a skilled advocate who represents clients in complex civil litigation. She is experienced in a wide range of prelitigation activities. 

Helen graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the GW Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and earned a variety of academic awards, including the CourtCall Law School Mock Trial Award and first place in the Howard J. Rudge Creative Solutions Writing Competition. She worked as a student attorney for the GW Family Justice Litigation Clinic, as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carol Ann Dalton in D.C. Superior Court, and as an evidence tutor. Helen graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in English.

Her pro bono experience includes sitting first chair as guardian ad litem at a custody trial, obtaining asylum for an individual from Honduras, helping draft an amicus curiae brief submitted to the Supreme Court on a due process issue, and drafting a federal pardon petition.
