Stris & Maher Files Supreme Court Merits Brief in Microsoft v. Baker
Brendan Maher serves as counsel of record on behalf of a class of gamers in the closely watched Supreme Court case of Microsoft v. Baker. Our firm’s merits brief was filed on May 16. The case, which involves complex questions of class-action procedure and jurisdictional standing, will be argued in late 2016 or early 2017 by Peter Stris.
