ERISA at 50: Employee Benefits at a Crossroads | Columbus School of Law

This conference will bring together participants to discuss the state of U.S. employee benefits and retirement security fifty years after the passage of ERISA. We invite scholarship from a variety of disciplines that assesses the strengths and shortcomings of the current regulatory regime and considers proposals for future reform. At a time of significant innovation and experimentation in the provision of healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits, we invite scholars to help shape the interdisciplinary research agenda in this dynamic field.
