Elizabeth Brannen will participate on a panel describing the new procedural requirements imposed by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA) via webinar.
The AIA represents the most significant change to the U.S. patent system since 1952 and adopts a new system for determining ownership of patent rights. The central provisions of the Act become effective in September, 2012.
