The American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits is hosting a webinar on September 8, 2016 to discuss the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The amendments have been in effect for nine months. Radha Pathak will participate in the webinar and evaluate how the amendments have impacted fiduciary and complex ERISA litigation. She will also share strategy suggestions.
