Practising Law Institute has invited Peter Stris and Thomas Tso of the U.S. Department of Labor to discuss cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2016. Andrew L. Oringer of Dechert LLP will serve as the moderator. Specifically, Mr. Stris and Mr. Tso will explore the issues in and implications of Montanile and Gobeille, the only two ERISA cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court this Term. Stris & Maher represented the petitioner, and successfully obtained Supreme Court review, in both cases.
