The ABA Section of Taxation has invited Peter Stris to speak on a panel called Hot Topics in ERISA Litigation at its section meeting this May.
The panel will feature other attorneys who have also represented parties before the U.S. Supreme Court in recent employee benefits cases as well as attorneys who have written amicus briefs in critical ERISA cases.
