Hanna Chandoo is an associate in Stris & Maher’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Chandoo is regularly staffed on the firm’s complex business litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chandoo practiced with a plaintiff-side employment firm where she litigated cases on behalf of workers, including professors, healthcare professionals, high-profile company executives, truck drivers, and construction laborers. She also litigated wage and hour class actions. She has briefed dispositive motions, prepared witnesses for trial, and played significant roles in mediations and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Chandoo graduated second in her class from Whittier Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Whittier Law Review and Administrative Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board. Ms. Chandoo also published two student comments, was a semi-finalist in the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition, and received the highest grade in seventeen of her classes. Ms. Chandoo received her B.A. from Smith College.
Ms. Chandoo is proficient in Kiswahili, Urdu, and Spanish.
