Stris & Maher to Lead General Counsel Intellectual Property Seminar at Chambers Forum: New York
Stris & Maher is pleased to announce that the firm will be hosting and participating in the General Counsel Intellectual Property Seminar at the New York Chambers Forum on June 20.
Led by Brendan Maher, Founding Partner, and Elizabeth Brannen, Chair of Stris & Maher’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, the panel discussion will cover current issues of interest to corporate General Counsel whose companies face IP litigation risks. It will examine recent developments and trends in three main areas of IP law: (i) copyright law; (ii) patent law; and (iii) the Lanham Act, with a focus on offering practical suggestions for reducing IP litigation risk and resolving cases favorably.
